Study-Specific Recruitment
One study. Its sites. A defined recruitment period.
One protocol, one recruitment pathway: outreach, pre-screening, and referral built for a single trial and its sites.
For pharma, biotech, and CRO study teams
MediOra Health helps pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and CROs connect digital patient outreach with research site follow-up.
From targeted outreach and digital pre-screening to structured referrals and recruitment progress reporting, we bring the key steps together in one connected workflow.
Global recruitment support, tailored to each study's countries and participating sites
Digital outreach can generate interest quickly, but clicks and completed forms are only the start of recruitment. When outreach, pre-screening, site referral, and follow-up run separately, it is hard to see which activities actually lead to screening and enrollment.
MediOra connects digital outreach, pre-screening, and site referral in one workflow. Research sites carry out clinical screening and enrollment and record the status of each referral. These updates show MediOra and your study team what happens after the referral:
Understand the recruitment funnel: how referrals move from first contact to screening and enrollment.
Spot progress and drop-offs: where referrals move forward and where they stall, by site and stage.
Make better-informed outreach decisions: messages, channels, and target areas are reviewed against downstream results, not only clicks and form completions.
Refine recruitment activities: digital patient outreach is adjusted where the data shows a need.
MediOra extends your clinical development and study teams with digital patient recruitment.
Recruitment support for individual trials or for several studies in one indication, with visibility into referral and site progress.
Support scoped to your study: a single service or the complete pathway, from outreach to reporting.
Additional digital outreach, structured pre-screening, and site referral that complement your existing recruitment and site management.
For research sites and site networks: you receive structured, pre-screened referrals with contact details and questionnaire answers, so your staff can contact potential participants and coordinate screening.
Outreach channels, messages, and pre-screening questions are built for the specific study, its target population, countries, and site footprint.
Outreach, study information, pre-screening, and referral form one pathway. Each referral reaches the responsible research site, where follow-up is recorded.
Sites record contact, screening, and enrollment statuses. MediOra uses these updates to report recruitment progress and refine outreach.
Patient-facing study materials are prepared for sponsor and applicable ethics committee or IRB review, and digital patient outreach begins once the required sponsor and ethics approvals are in place.
MediOra
Targeted digital outreach for the agreed study or indication, focused on the regions around participating sites.
MediOra
Potential participants read clear study information and complete a short pre-screening questionnaire. Consent to referral and contact is part of the submission.
MediOra
Each submitted questionnaire becomes a referral to a participating research site in PatientOrbit.
Research site
The site reviews the documented pre-screening answers, contacts the person, and conducts clinical screening.
MediOra and study team
Recruitment progress is reported from the statuses sites record, and outreach is refined.
One study. Its sites. A defined recruitment period.
One protocol, one recruitment pathway: outreach, pre-screening, and referral built for a single trial and its sites.
One indication. Multiple studies. Continuous recruitment.
Outreach and pre-screening are organized around an indication. One indication-level questionnaire can capture information relevant to multiple studies. PatientOrbit uses predefined, study-specific routing rules agreed with the client to direct referrals to participating research sites for further review. Clinical eligibility assessments and enrollment decisions remain the responsibility of the investigator and authorized study team. With the consent required for long-term storage and recontact, interested people can join an indication-level patient pool and be informed when new studies join the program.
Both models are available as a complete pathway or as individual services. See all patient recruitment services.

Explore a tailored pilotPatientOrbit links digital outreach with the work at research sites. Sites manage their assigned referrals and record each status; sponsors and CROs follow aggregated recruitment progress for their projects. PatientOrbit is integrated into MediOra's managed recruitment services.
European-based, supporting studies internationally. MediOra Health supports digital recruitment projects in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, with outreach and workflows tailored to each study's countries and participating sites.
Patient materials for your target population. Patient-facing study materials are written in plain language and adapted to the study's target population and markets, including localization into the languages each project requires and accessible, inclusive communication.
Structured processes with site feedback. Referral, site follow-up, and reporting follow one defined process, and the statuses sites record feed back into how outreach is planned and refined.
Defined access. Sites see only their own referrals; sponsors and CROs see aggregated figures. Read more about data protection and access.
MediOra Health is a clinical trial patient recruitment company. We plan and run digital patient outreach, digital pre-screening, and structured referral to research sites for pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and CROs, and we follow each referral through the statuses sites record in PatientOrbit.
Digital pre-screening helps research sites manage incoming inquiries in a structured way. Prospective participants complete a study-specific questionnaire before referral, and participating sites receive their documented responses together with the referral. Site teams review these responses against the study's eligibility criteria, prioritize follow-up, and conduct clinical screening. Eligibility assessments and enrollment decisions remain the responsibility of the investigator and authorized study team.
Yes, as aggregated figures. Research sites record contact, screening, and enrollment statuses for each referral in PatientOrbit, and sponsors and CROs see aggregated progress for their projects, not individual patient records.
External support helps when participating sites need additional reach, enrollment timelines are under pressure, or a study needs a structured digital pathway from outreach to site referral. MediOra supports single trials as well as recurring recruitment needs within an indication.
